The Scholar

The city, where magic is very real and everything has a price. For Casters such as yourself, safety is a luxury you have no hope of affording, and whether you are looking for truth, revenge or good old fashioned gold, you must risk it all.

You are a Scholar, a Caster who has come into possession of a living grimoire and have managed to unlock some of its secrets. Of course, decoding the shifting tongue of the grimoire might be the easy part, using ancient and powerful spells and not corrupting yourself, however, is a far different matter.

This is a playbook, made by a very frazzled tableplant for a game that does not exist yet. That is to say that this is a mess. On the plus side it is free for you to look at and hopefully find some inspiration.
